Es Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad la Salle de la Ciudad de México y cuenta con un Master en Políticas Publicas por el Leadership Institute en Washington; desde 2009 se desempeña como Directora y Fundadora de Early Institute, el único think tank en México enfocado en mejorar la salud; cuidado y educación; seguridad y protección de la primera infancia a través de la incidencia en políticas públicas; y a la par de ello es Socia Fundadora del Despacho Jurídico Ética y Justicia S.C.

En estos años de experiencia ha desarrollado grandes aptitudes en la estrategia organizacional; negociación y asuntos públicos, resolución de conflictos a gran escala, políticas públicas y dirección de equipos estratégicos a gran escala.

Mucho antes de egresar de la Universidad La Salle como Licenciada en Derecho ya se desenvolvía en un ambiente laboral. Inició su carrera profesional como abogada en 1994 en Servicios Especializados de Asesoría Laboral S.C, en la Ciudad de México, para continuar con su trayectoria en la coordinación jurídica corporativa de Empresas Amoxxo S.A. de C.V.

Es en 2001 que comienza el reto profesional de ocupar la Dirección Jurídica de Grupo EAC S.C. donde fortalece su aptitud de desarrollo y dirección de proyectos para construir, desarrollar y operar varios centros comerciales en todo el país.

En 2005, llega a Estrategia Comunicación y Medios S.C. para desempeñarse como Directora de Asuntos Públicos donde permanece hasta el 2009, año en que funda Early Institute.

Durante un año y tres años después de la fundación de su despacho jurídico es que llega como Subdirctora Jurídica de PMI Comercio Internacional (PEMEX).

En sus años de experiencia ha dirigido diferentes publicaciones, proyectos y reformas legislativas que han servido como base fundamental de las políticas públicas del país en beneficio de la niñez y sus familias; actualmente es columnista en El Financiero, medio impreso y digital de alcance nacional.

En todos sus espacios laborales ha buscado innovar al mejorar y simplificar sistemas y procesos internos convencida de que siempre hay una mejor forma de hacer las cosas.

She holds a law degree from La Salle University in Mexico City as well as a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C.

In 2006, she founded Early Institute, where she has been the director of the only think tank in Mexico focused on improving health, education, safety, and protection of early childhood through public policy and advocacy.

She is also the founder of the law firm Ética y Justicia S.C. Throughout her years of experience, she has developed great skills in organizational strategy, negotiation, public affairs, large-scale conflict resolution, public policy, and management of strategic teams.

Even before graduating from La Salle University with a law degree, she had already been working in the labor world. She began her professional career as a lawyer in 1994 at Servicios Especializados de Asesoría Laboral S.C. in Mexico City and continued her career in the corporate legal coordination of Empresas Amoxxo S.C.

In 2001, she took on the professional challenge of occupying the Legal Direction of Grupo EAC S.C., where she strengthened her development and project management skills to build, develop, and operate several shopping centers throughout the country.

In 2005, she joined Estrategia Comunicación y Medios S.C. as Director of Public Affairs, where she remained until 2009.

In 2018, she was appointed as legal vice principal of PMI International Trade (PEMEX).

Throughout her years of experience, she has directed different publications, projects, and legislative reforms that have served as a fundamental basis for the country’s public policies for the benefit of children and their families.

She is currently a columnist for El Financiero, one of Mexico’s most relevant newspapers.

Throughout her professional working career, she has strived to innovate by improving and simplifying internal systems and processes, convinced that there is always a better way of doing things.She has a Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana, and she is certified in Public Policy from the Department of State of the United States of America, she also studied a program in Social, Territorial and Urban Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has studies in Criminology and criminal policy by the Instituto de Formación Profesional de la Fiscalía in Mexico City. She is founder of the Asociación Civil el Alebrije, which aims to support people with disabilities and rescue indigenous pride and is a volunteer in legal assistance in deportation trials in the United States of America. Her social experience includes leading projects of social assistance, free legal representation, volunteering, resource management, political campaing mangement and political consulting for members of Congress and municipal and state governments.
