Abogado por la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán. Ha desempeñado roles docentes como profesor en materias de derechos humanos en el Posgrado de Derecho de la FES Acatlán. Ha complementado su formación académica con cursos nacionales e internacionales en Derechos Humanos, Derecho Constitucional, Derecho Administrativo y Derecho Penal.
En el ámbito profesional, se ha desempeñado en despachos legales en materia penal, fiscal y administrativa, así como en despachos consultores en políticas públicas orientadas a niñas, niños y adolescentes.
Actualmente, es Coordinador del Seminario Permanente de Derechos Humanos de la UNAM FES Acatlán, donde ha actuado como conferencista y participado en Moot Courts regionales. Asimismo, ha estado activamente involucrado en procesos de investigación e incidencia indirecta a través de comentarios y amicus curiae ante diversos organismos nacionales e internacionales de derechos humanos. También ha participado como ponente en diversos cursos relacionados con derechos humanos.
Lawyer from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán. He has held teaching roles as a professor inhuman rights subjects in the Graduate Program of Law at FES Acatlán. He has supplemented his academic background with national and international courses in Human Rights, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law.
In his professional career, he has worked in legal firms specializing in criminal, fiscal, and administrative law, as well as in consulting firms focused on public policies for children and adolescents.
He is currently the Coordinator of the Permanent Human Rights Seminar at UNAM FES Acatlán, where he has served as a lecturer and participated in regional Moot Courts. Additionally, he has been actively involved in research processes and indirect advocacy through comments and amicus curiae before various national and international human rights organizations. He has also participated as a speaker in various courses related to human rights.
