He holds a Law degree from the Acatlán School of Higher Studies at UNAM. He has pursued studies and participated extensively in national and international courses on Human Rights, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law.

He has worked at law firms handling criminal, tax, and administrative matters, as well as at public policy consulting firms focused on children and adolescents.

He coordinates the permanent Human Rights seminar at FES Acatlán-UNAM, where he has been a speaker and participant in regional moot courts. He has spoken in courses related to human rights and participates in research and indirect advocacy processes through comments and amicus curiae briefs submitted to national and international bodies.
