Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Cuenta con un Diplomado de Juicio de Amparo impartido por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación.
Ha ejercido en la práctica privada dentro de firmas legales, desempeñándose en las áreas de Derecho contractual, civil, mercantil y administrativo. En el sector público, destaca por un profundo conocimiento de la función jurisdiccional y el Derecho procesal, derivado de su práctica dentro del Poder Judicial, así como en control interno de los servidores públicos.
Actualmente, enfoca su práctica profesional de manera prioritaria en el área del Derecho corporativo y contractual, especializándose en la estructuración de contratos civiles, la gestión de matrices de riesgos legales y el cumplimiento normativo laboral y fiscal. Asimismo, complementa su perfil legal con la gestión operativa en el área administrativa de la asociación, coordinando la comunicación con proveedores y la organización estratégica de documentos y procesos institucionales. Se caracteriza por ser proactiva y colaborativa que gusta del trabajo en equipo y cuenta con capacidad de fácil adaptación en diversos entornos.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico and has completed a Diploma Program in Constitutional Amparo Proceedings offered by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.
Throughout her career, she has practiced in private legal firms, focusing on contractual, civil, commercial, and administrative law. Within the public sector, she has developed extensive expertise in judicial functions and procedural law through her work within the Judiciary, as well as in internal control and oversight of public servants.
She currently focuses her professional practice primarily on corporate and contract law, specializing in the structuring of civil agreements, the management of legal risk matrices, and labor and tax regulatory compliance. In addition, she complements her legal expertise by overseeing administrative operations within the association, coordinating communications with vendors and supporting the strategic organization of institutional documentation and processes.
She is recognized for her proactive and collaborative approach, her strong commitment to teamwork, and her ability to adapt quickly and effectively to diverse professional environments.
