She holds a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México and a diploma in Amparo Proceedings from Mexico's Supreme Court of Justice.
She has practiced at private law firms in contract, civil, commercial, and administrative law. In the public sector, she developed in-depth knowledge of judicial functions and procedural law through her work in the Judiciary, as well as experience in the internal oversight of public officials.
She currently focuses her professional practice on corporate and contract law, specializing in the structuring of civil contracts, legal risk matrix management, and labor and tax compliance.
