He holds a Law degree from Universidad del Valle de México. He earned a diploma from Harvard University in leadership for learning and is completing the Professional Certification in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership at Universidad Anáhuac.

He specializes in parliamentary law and public policy. He has served as a legislative advisor, conducting regulatory analysis in the Mexican Senate. He has also worked as a parliamentary consultant for political and legislative consulting firms and as national coordinator of the youth collective Parlamento de México.

He has contributed to print media including El Heraldo de México, addressing topics such as parental leave, Mexico's legal landscape concerning children, parliamentary law, and the Mexican legislative process.
