He holds a degree in Communication from Universidad Anáhuac. He earned a master's degree in Communication Management, Public Relations, and Protocol from the Escuela Superior Empresarial de Relaciones Públicas and the University of Barcelona, and is a doctoral candidate in Strategic Management and Development Policy at Universidad Anáhuac.

He has taught research courses at Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. He has served on the editorial boards of academic journals such as the Journal of Family Studies and the Anuario de Investigación de la Comunicación CONEICC. For several years, he has studied child sexual violence through a complementary approach, both as a form of violence and as a crime.

He contributes to Mexiquense TV on family policy, childcare policy, early childhood development policy, parental leave, and the prevention of child sexual violence.
