He holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana and specialized in Constitutional Law at the University of Salamanca in Spain. He earned a master's degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights from Universidad Panamericana and is a doctoral candidate in Law at the same university. He has also pursued studies in Comparative Law at Michigan State University.

He has experience in strategic areas of the federal government and as an advisor on public policy and parliamentary advocacy for civil society organizations, companies, political parties, local governments, and legislators. He has authored several publications in specialized journals on constitutional law, criminal sciences, and federalism. He is a guest columnist for Proceso magazine and has appeared in media outlets including El Heraldo de México, El Sol de México, 24 Horas, and Infobae to discuss the rights of children and adolescents.
